I either take 4 or 7 depending on how much i have eaten in the evening about 6 or 7oclock every other day. I get massive massive stomach ache just before they’re about to kick in then once they’ve worked my stomach is fine again, sorry to be so graphic. I try not to take them to often so that my body isn’t dependent on them but since i’ve been taking them i can’t go naturally anymore. It’s helped me keep weight off with the food that i have been eating but i’m not sure its actually helped me drop weight.

I prefer taking them than purging that is the only reason i do take them and i don’t have a preferred brand just buy whichever tablets are on offer, hope that helps.

Have i gained?

My scales are so shit i’m not sure if i’ve gained or i’ve just not lost for a while.

I’m not eating for as long as possible now just liquid i think i’ll last 4 days but Saturday i’m going out for dinner for my boys birthday :) x

The laxatives are really taking their toll recently so i can get away with eating some nutrition for at least a bit of energy. I am very anxious about dinner at my mums tonight :/  

Binge fuck my life!

Just ate a tin of sweetcorn and loads of jelly :@ arrghhh!!!!! I managed to top myself from going for the bread…ran upstairs stuck in 5 laxatives and 3 chewing gums!

well you can’t watch “Fat Fighters” without doing a workout to be honest ;) sometimes you got to laugh at these things…i mean really “Fat Fighters” Is it just me that finds that coice of name completely comical!!

My Night.

Staying up watching cooking programmes, weight loss programmes, ‘I used to be fat’ , whatta load of shit…passing time before big brother comes on :D should do a workout too!

Little Update- (personal just to keep track)

So yesterday i ate well but i had a bit of a butter incident where i was dipping crackers in butter and chili sauce it quickly turned into a binge!! I stopped myself went upstairs looked in the mirror i wasn’t bloated thankfully and said ” butter really!! a fucking load of butter …well done now you’ll have to purge and it’s going to fucking hurt because that chili is hot! fucking idiot”

I had taken 3 laxatives in the day not sure why :/ so…not sure if i purged them or not.

and managed to get rid of everything but my eyes were running like mad i couldn’t actually see anything, my nose was running, just because it was so spicy plus my body hasn’t had to purge in so long now it was just a bit of a shock i think. I kept going until i got to the remains of my lunch from hours ago and thought well i might as well get rid of this too. HORRIBLE! But then as if i hadn’t learnt my lesson i was shaky from purging so a few hours later had a massive craving i brought 3 chocolate bars and ate them all… i then had to purge again :/ i didn’t gain any weight i checked this morning so one day i had a bit of a wobble i thought tomorrow i will carry on my healthy diet as normal. Those days are bound to happen i accept that just need to remember purging is not really an option!

Today i was hungry so at 11:15am i had a pot of baby food (100 calories) and a cereal bar (114 calories) i also took a ProPlus caffeine tablet which i think may of not agreed orrr if it was the laxatives i took yesterday. (Must keep an eye on that)

I got home from college at 3:15pm and had a pot of baby food (40 calories) warmed up with black pepper and mixed herbs plus a sprinkle of chili powder to make it taste nicer and to speed up my metabolism. It was potato and carrot so quite nice :) plus a rice pudding baby food (111 calories)

I have done 10 minutes on the cross trainer today not great my tummy isn’t very good so i had to stop for a while.

Been drinking loads of water and so hopefully i should see more improvement soon, i made my dinner this morning before college so that i wouldn’t have any choice to think about what i want, it’s a fresh veg mix plenty of it about (150 calories)

Overall Daily Intake= 915 calories A LOT! But spread out, only eaten when i’m hungry if i eat next to nothing then it never lasts! Doing it the best i can this time.

So far burnt= 100 calories (will workout more later :) )
